I'll be moving to Toronto in a little more than a week's time, so I'm trying to decide where to by my Reissues from.

Someone, maybe Voxpop, mentioned that there is a steep tariff fee on imported CDs. But you also mentioned something about certain sites sending the CDs in non-descript packaging to prevent tariffs. What should I do? Where should I go? Any local record stores who don't price gouge?

HMV.co.uk sends items in non-descript packages. It doesnt always happen that tarifs get placed on items, but the chance that a customs officer finds yor item is there.
Are you moving to the actual city of Toronto or in the surrounding area? there are some shops that would/should sell the reissues, but I find that sometimes its worth buying on line. HMV.com (canadian site) now has them up for salw as well, so you wont have a problem.
