Unlike the Ultimate Live DVD, and Hugo's upscaled versions, these clips actually play at the correct speed and pitch. It's good to hear them properly again.
Because of that, I think these probably are remastered versions - that is, taken from the SD masters. If they were being lazy they'd just have taken them from the poorly put together DVD.

I remember the NTSC conversion bothered me so much I had to rip the disc, fix the pitch and burn it back to DVD-R. Would be lovely if they could upscale it for Blu-ray someday (preferably without the overly processed plasticky AI look).
As much as I have grown bored of "Sorted For E's and Wizz" as a live song, there is something about this version that sounds great, perhaps it's Russell's violin.
Also, it is "Wizz" not "Whizz". Come on Pulp, spell your own song titles correctly please
If there was ever a release that was crying out for a really well authored DVD/Bluray release it's this. The original is great but it's so long! Imagine if you could just watch the gig straight through, or just all the little films, or go straight to a particular film. Would be great if that's where all this is leading.

There has to be something behind this. There usually is when stuff like this happens. It definately sounds like remastered audio to me, Disco 2000 says that to me.

Absolutely this. The little films were genuine film too, so imagine if they were able to locate and retransfer them in HD... I fear I'm dreaming aloud.
I'd be surprised if there is a full physical reissue of this given that the 2025 tour film is set for next year. Regarding the latter, I wonder whether they will incorporate elements of the 2023 Hammersmith shows that were filmed. Jarvis' emergence to I Spy and the moon backdrop should be preserved and officially documented!
No reason why Brixton 95 couldn't be included as an extra, especially if it's a Blu-ray/box set.
Also, I thought they didn't film Hammersmith in the end?
If music blu-ray boxsets are still a thing, then cool!
Pretty sure Hammersmith was filmed, weren't there signs up about it at the venue? It was only afterwards that funding to complete the film was delayed as far as I remember & then apparently restored in time for the 2025 O2 shows.
A friend who went to both nights told me she didn't see any cameras, despite the tickets saying it would be filmed. Gave me the impression it was planned but abandoned, hence the O2 being recorded this year.
Ya, the O2 recording, did they actually film something? Also, we are still waiting the DC conversation on 30th October, will they release it on social media?
