It's a bit more complicated than that. The evicted tenant is currently stripping the building of all fixtures and fittings including the sculpture above the entrance which has nothing to do with him and sheffield city council have slapped a stop order on him. The current owners are redeveloping the Leadmill into a live music venue so even if the name has gone the building's still the same building Pulp played in. Who payed for the PRS plaque anyway?
Looking at what else has happened with the Leadmill, it seems likely that the former operator took the plaque away along with everything else he stripped out, so it's a bit of a moot point.
