The seller mentioned about buys records and makes out he is a "fan" of bands.....then resells them at triple the price he paid for them. He did this to me last year. He is just as bad as a ticket tout - just in the record collecting world.
Once I caught onto his bidding.... I proceeded to cancel all of his bids and ban him.
Suddenly...... I get bids from "peteuk1968" on the majority of the records I am selling. Its the same guy.
I am trying to sell some records in order to get money to see me through Tramlines, accomodation, transport etc....and want my records to go to fellow fans, not sit in a bloody box with three times the original price being asked.
