Yeah, thanks for that. The Saskia contributions were very interesting. She sounds quite a bit older than the last time I remember hearing her voice (the Pulp film DVD extras, maybe?)
Quite striking and sad to hear about Jarvis' call to her during his breakdown in late '96.

Also, Saskia mentioning their mother's death and it possibly seeping into Jarvis' lyrics on the new album made me think....maybe "Tina" is partially about their mum, Christine? (Possibly not the part that has been quoted in the Mojo interview about having sex on top of bin-bags in Oxfam). Was she referred to as Tina for short?
