Inspired by the emergence of "Let's Stick Around" I've cobbled together a Jarvis LP from various bits & pieces from the last couple of decades. Like a bonus LP, if you like.

01 Boys Noize & Erol Alkan - Avalanche (Terminal Velocity)

02 Riton Presents Gucci Soundsystem Feat. Jarvis Cocker - Lets Stick Around

03 Air - The Duelist

04 The Pastels - I Picked a Flower (feat. Jarvis Cocker)

05 Richard X - Into U (feat. Jarvis Cocker)

06 Jarvis Cocker & Kid Loco - I Just Came To Tell You That I'm Going

07 Discodeine - Synchronize (Jam Factory Remix)

08 Hot Chip - Straight to the Morning

09 Pilooski - Completely Sun

10 Air - One Hell of a Party

11 Jarvis Cocker - You Cant Wake Up If You Dont Fall Asleep

You can stream it here - https://www.mixcloud.com/centuries_of_sound/21st-century-jarvis/

Merry Christmas!

Great stuff for a Sunday stream. I only know I Just Came to Tell You - just starting now and Avalanche has hit a spot I never knew I had. The spoken vibe reminds me of The Worlds End - is that what that song was called? A lot of his music had that feeling around the time between the first two solo albums. Kinda miss it

Thanks for this. Oooh, dunt letup dussit?

Nice one. There's a lot more you could add to this list. Jarvis has been low-key busy in the 21st century.

To start with, there's all those songs for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" and the Wes Anderson films.

The theme from the Netflix film "House".

The theme from "Likely Stories".

"This is Where I Came In" with Alpha.

"Everybody Loves an Underdog" from the Mike Bassett England Manager soundtrack.

Does "Last Days of the Miner's Strike" count?

Tip of the iceberg, really.

Oh there's a lot of other things that could go in there - I just thought these eleven tracks sounded good together in this order, had a folder of about 50 (some were remixes) I worked down from, including most of those.

yeah i seem to discover new song every now and then.

The theme from the Netflix film "House", never heard that one ! thanx. Sounds a bit like the Chilly album outtake.

With all those songs out there, there was another solo album somewhere. Too bad they are spread like that and not advertized much. Hard to keep track.

Pulpwiki needs to be updated with some (lots) of these. One thing I couldn't find documented anywhere were the couple of live jams he did with other people for the Sunday Service show.

Good job! I also created a Jarvis side project playlist on YouTube. The songs mentioned here are covered. In the beginning, it was for myself, but then I decided to make it public a while ago. Enjoy.

Jarvis Side Projects (From 1996 til now)
youtube.com/playlist

Jarvis Miscellaneous Live & TV (From 1999 til now)

For the PulpWiki, when I know something is missing I update it. I miss Sunday Service!! T^T
