Since both Mark and Nick (and Giles and Scott of this parish) have seemingly abandoned the fetid cesspool that was formally twitter, and hopefully the official site will follow suit. How many more of us are jumping over to the butterfly?

I'm @sarahawilson.bsky.social   btw

I don't use Twitter / X personally but I do have an account for my website (feelingclldlive). In fact, I'm not a fan of social media in general. I have just made a blue sky social account though @feelingcalledlive.bsky.social

not going to bother making four different new accounts over there, so I'm just centuriesofsound.bluesky.social and if there is pulpsongs then it will have to go there.

I don't know why the likes of Nick and Mark don't join this forum. I think that of lots of acts. Better to preach to the the converted. It's not like they don't read the fan forums.

Nah, I think it would be a huge mistake for them to publicly join the forum. Can you imagine how they would be bombarded by folk with PM and questions etc? I think we are very fortunate to have the communications we currently have. It would be nice, don't get me wrong - I just know that a small few would spoil it for others.

ALSO - I actually have a gut feeling that Trixy back in the day MIGHT have been Mark himself. I have nothing to link the two of them, but they both have the same CD that is pictured in his book.

You're probably right!

That written, my experience of other forums is some low level participation by band members and close associates under pseudonyms. I don't have any visibility here of user's emails, so I wouldn't know.

I thought Trixy was Manners. Mark had no interest in Pulp when that stuff happened.

Yep. I'm pretty confident of this too. As for the CD, maybe every band member got a copy and it filtered to him that way.

I think the same. They both seemed to appear and disappear around the same time and if my memory serves, the two tracks that were uploaded (My Mistake and After You) had track numbers that match the CD in Mark's book. We also know that Manners was still in the picture around the time these were recorded as he is mentioned in the credits for "Sunrise".
