It's a long trek to go just to do one gig. Is December festival-season in East Asia/Australia? I'd imagine more Dec dates will be added.

i was allowing myself to believe theyd come to the states in late November / early december after the SA dates! Hopes dashed.

On the other hand, if they're happy to hit South America and Asia, surely the US east and west coasts are a shoe-in at some point over the next 9 months. You lucky ducks will eventually probably get a This Is Hardcore show or something special.

Yes it is down our way Clockenflap Festival - I thought they might have been announced for Meredith Music Festival (which Jarvis played at in 2009) and from all accounts is really fun. And they have Kraftwerk this year. No mention for Harvest which is end of October. Hopefully 2024 is the year they come down and see us again... but going by Nick's book Sydney's BORING!

We sort of have 2 lots of Festival seasons - Summer starting around Oct through to Feb then Winter where there are some super interesting arts festivals and then Splendour of course but we have a cost-of living crisis at the moment. So many music festivals are being cancelled because younger folk are not buying tickets. Nothing is selling out like it used to.

Sadly I haven't been out of the UK since early 2016, would love to go to a festival in HK though.
