Just did my Talking Heads - got Lipgloss queued, and I'm with @maclureo who is dripped out in Cockerish finery (proper velvety suit off of ebay) and has just done Depeche Mode in a way none of us will ever truly forget. He's doing ABBA later. Exciting times indeed.
I'm not sure they'll have to rely on Sunfly...I went to the Distillers Arms in Hammersmith after the gig on Friday night and they were having a karaoke night*. The DJ/guy organising it, was just calling up all the songs from Youtube. There was nothing obscure, granted but I've just done a quick check for Pulp and Razz/Underwear/Hardcore/I Spy/Weeds etc. are all listed on the first page. I won't be around for this but would quite fancy a go at Party Hard. The disembodied vocoder vox on the original is ripe for a proper human make-over...
*(I needed a bit of encouragement to get up, but I sang 'Tainted Love' with my girlfriend. Was good fun. Also felt we needed to right the wrongs of someone murdering 'Glory Days' (The Boss, not Pulp) as well as someone else just having the distaste to do Nickelback...........)

So, one part of being a student is you become a regular at places ! If you're ever around Edinburgh, the Banshee Labyrinth is a pub that does karaoke twice a week. The folk who run it are really into karaoke and they have lots of YouTube channels linked into the system, so there's a massive range of songs - and they like Pulp a lot. I did Cocaine Socialism once, for example. There's a YouTube page called Pants Karaoke that has a big arsenal of Pulp tracks too!
The Sunfly versions can leave a lot to be desired. The Hardcore one is appalling. But there's such a huge bank of Pulp tracks available that hopefully in Soho they shouldn't need it! Things do go better with a little bit of razzahmahtazz...
