whats the point of some of the eps being on streaming?

for the most part, all of the songs on the eps that're being re-released (with the exception of youre a nightmare) are already on the deluxe version of hisnhers. how come they don't just do the ones that contain "new" content?

I don't find a reason either but it looks satisfying to see how it is more complete by the time.

Yes, there is another thread but it's a fair question.

As the band's popularity is arguably at its highest since 2002, Island may be trying to cash in. Fair play. Streaming wasn't as popular during the last reunion so it makes sense for them to have waited.

Alternatively, they may have already had this planned as several other bands (such as Suede) already have all their singles on streaming.

I'm hoping that they are testing the water for a release that we don't already have such as super deluxe reissues.

Yes, it's totally useless. It's not so difficult to make some lossless files from CD and no need to be connected all the time...
