Hello.

Seeing as theres tons of Pulp activity then I may as well plug my synthpop duo, Strange Almond. Covers only but its fun & keeps me off the streets.

Im still living in Cornwall, Eamonn. Been here for well over 20 years. Still doing the day job & gigging at the weekend. Ive been fannying about with synths for the last five or six years & gigging with my Synthpop duo, Strange Almond. We play 80s covers & a bit of 70s discotheque. I dont think synths ever caught on much in Cornwall, hence were the only band knocking out Synthpop. it does get us plenty of gigs though, which is nice.

Had a look at the Facebook profile and it looks right up my street. Loving the neon lighting (a nod to Steve and Marc?). Any chance you will play further afield ie that there lundin?

With Soft Cell and Human League touring next summer, you might get venues nearby who want to put on after-show type events for fans attending.

I think were pretty much booked up for next year Eamonn. I guess we might do something a bit further afield if the right thing came along. Never say never.
