 How have they played bits in that interview if they've been recorded over? Bit confused by that. Adorable interview though.

Think he meant they liked what they did so much they wanted to use it as an official music video thing but the place had interspersed interview bits or something throughout it thus making it a mix mess. The interview etc is on YouTube. Only the one song appears in that one and he says in the interview they had done like 3 songs, so I guess the other 2 were taped over.

Yeah, that. The full Sheffield Bands documentary from 1985 has about half of Mark of the Devil, so I guess that was the only bit that was kept.
