hi does anyone have info on the remastering of His N Hers for the 2019 2xLP?
I wanted to know if it was an analogue remaster or whether its just a digital master pressed to vinyl as is mostly the case these days? Any info would be appreciated. I know even in 1994 there would have been some degree of digital recording but I don't know to what extent on HnH so if it's just pointless looking for an original pressing thinking it's going to be AAA then I'll forget it and broaden my search a bit.
I doubt very much that vinyl is produced from analogue tapes nowadays. It's hard to believe that the original master tapes were preserved in the same perfect condition as it was originally. But it doesnt mean that original pressing were always better. I heard very bad reviews about first DC pressing. But anyway, all modern records are digital, i'm pretty sure. Don't hit me, just my opinion
