This is a trailer on Instagram for a video of the whole album to be made available next Wednesday (21st July), 8pm BST on YouTube. This is what was teased on the One Show last week.
I think this link works in a browser even if you don't have Instagram. I used to follow things on there without an account before I capitulated and got one to watch the Domestic Discos.
You have been warned - video available for 24 hours only!
jarvisbransoncocker The countdown has begun! Beyond the Pale - Live from the Centre of the Earth premieres on Y*uT*be at 8pm BST tomorrow & will be available to view for FREE for 24 hours only. Then it will disappear. So youd better set your alarm.

Currently watching this, you know - im as people have already said, the album is definately a grower, but the live performance is exceptional. They sound far tighter, and in my opinion sound better as musicians then Pulp do. Cant even beleive I have just said that.
Its pretty special. The Park is Mine it is not! But is that Mark's TIH guitar at 16:28? I dont think I've ever seen JC play such a normal looking guitar. He always has weird Japanese-kids guitars.

Not seen it yet but he said before (think it kight have been during a gig where Mark was in attendance) that he uses some of Mark's equipment for Jarv Is... live.
There was a cryptic credit at the end, on the page with loads of names crammed together, for a Marc Webber????? Bit weird. Could be coincidence, lots of them around driving fast cars and such like.
I watched on the telly with all the lights off last night and it was great except for the Youtube adverts that erupted in the middle of songs, shocking me out of my trance-like state. I hope it does get released in some format so I can watch it without that anxiety. I did think the promo for this seemed to be stressing the "free" part of the 24 hour availability.
I tried downloading it via VLC and it wouldn't stream, I even did the updating youtube.lua thing that's supposed to solve that, but no luck. But then, would it have downloaded it with the adverts in? I did succeed in downloading a random cat video by that method (Maru if you are interested) and that worked, so maybe there is some way of applying DRM to Youtube videos.

I got to watch it through twice again yesterday evening - started at 5 to 8 and it kept going as long as I didn't leave the video, so when it got to the end credits, I went back to the start. No ads this time either for whatever reason, maybe Youtube thought it wasn't there any more to serve ads to?? So that was great, a nice way to spend my birthday.

I can't imagine they would go to all that effort and then leave it on a shelf to rot..
Anyroad, i thought it was ace, perhaps it will surface as another beyond the pale bundle package?
Because as we know there aren't enough combinations and formats available..
Even if they don't release it, I'm sure plenty of people downloaded it from Keepvid and other such sites and it will re-appear. Through' cracks in the pavement: there weeds will grow.
I wanted to just RIP the audio but I was at work when it was up & ended up just having to watch it in chunks. I'm guessing that's why the ads came up in the middle of songs & why it was only up for 24 hours. They are wise to us getting wise!
Did anyone actually download this? I completely missed that it was only up for a limited window and while I feel lucky to have seen it, I want to see it again!
I think it being available for a day and pulled immediately afterwards suggests it will be made commercially available, hopefully sooner rather than later. And probably more likely if the rescheduled tour dates later in the year fall victim to the pandemic again.
Though as a stand-alone dvd/blu-ray, I wonder if the estimated sales would be worth the outlay. Maybe it will just come to VideoOnDemand for a fee. Would be cool to see it available on Netflix and the potential for new fans it might pick up there.
Finally watched this today. Fantastic work by all concerned. And as for Swanky Modes, that recording trumps the album version for me and the footage should be the video for a "single" (now redundant, I know) release of it.
