I believe it was on CD too - only available in Malaysia to get past the censors.

I have another import tape somewhere with the man in a dressing gown on the front cover. The album and title track are called "This Is..." and "Seductive Barry" is called "...Barry". Also, I don't think there were any photos or lyrics inside. This is listed on the Acrylic Afternoons site

Having 5 versions of TIH I have a CD whose cover is just black with the words THIS IS HARDCORE. Everything else is as it should be. UK made. Purchased at Salvos or Lifeline. Could you have a cover like TIH now?

A completely black cover like the radio special? That might be a one off! There was a bit of controversy at the time, 'This is Sexist' and the like. I don't think you could find much favour with a cover like that now, no. It's strange because they made quite an effort with it- a gold knitted jumper. It would be a nice item on CD but I can't find any mention of it elsewhere.

No normal CD jewel case - the sleeve is on the glossy paper that TIH was printed on. Everything about it is normal bar the cover. Says it was made in the UK.
