It's really weird and rather special stumbling across 'new' Pulp music, even if everybody else knew about it. This cover of All Time High completely passed me by: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=maeELHysFPE. Finding it was like unboxing a single, if only for a second.
I remember getting the album during the long Pulp drought of 1997. Quite like the whole thing, especially Iggy's version of All the Time in the World. The atmosphere of All Time High somehow fits nicely into the whole 'dark Pulp' thing of Seductive Barry etc.

Yeah that winter 97 was a long wait to TIH. All time High came out, then Help the Aged single, then Like a Friend (movie version), then This is Hardcore single in a couple of months.
Then TIH came out in march, oh my what a first listen. I'll remember that day in the record store for the rest of my life. Stayed one hour in the listening booth listening to the whole thing one week before it came out.
