... not sure when it stopped being 4OD, but the new All 4 is quite brilliant.  Not only do you get every Peep Show ever made to watch through the winter, you also get Jarvis on Ali G.  Sadly no Pulp on Sean's Show. 

I believe the BBC have a similar archive available for insiders, but maybe one day ITV and BBC will make them available.
