I have long been hankering after a DClass LP with the changeable covers, and having recently moved into house with lots of empty walls I miiiight finally be able to justify the outlay on the basis of home decoration. It's cheaper than buying several alternative images, at a push, that would only upset me by not being DC cover images.
My question is: the covers double or single sided? Or if I was framing them, would I have half a collection on display and a few difficult decisions to make?
I guess it'd be handy to know what quality the vinyl is too...
I've tried to get decent scans of the CD inlay to do this on the cheap, but even with some of the high-end scanners at work the results have been dreadful, as you'd imagine.
Cheers for the tip-off! I remember holding one of these at £15 or so when they were first released and putting it down again... I didn't have a record player then and needed to eat. These price tags will encourage me to be more impulsive and irresponsible in future. Better start saving me pocket money...
You can make a "wishlist" on discogs and it e-mails you daily with new postings and every once in a while a good deal for a rare/more expensive pulp record pops up. I've managed some good finds doing that and recommend it. Discogs is almost ALWAYS cheaper than ebay or elsewhere. The only thing I found cheaper on ebay was Master of the Universe single.
