I'm a bit mystified as to how a number plate can be incorrectly attached. And who was the victim in this case who gets the £27?

I don't really know where to start with how bad the last paragraph in that article is. EpicFail/Facepalm#nodohdisbelieffurious



Jarvis Cockers motoring infringement wont be putting the brakes on his career as he is promoting a new book. The Sheffield-born singer has written Mother, Brother, Lover which covers his life and he also has a solo CD Further Complications. Many will recall him invading the stage during a Michael Jackson performance at the Brit Awards.
