I was just listening to "Rod of Iron", off "A Heavy Nite With Relaxed Muscle", and couldn't work out part of the lyrics. I tried searching on t'internet for them, but everyone I've seen who's posted the lyrics seems unsure about the same lines as me.
So, here's the bit:
"Antlers clash at the break of dawn A stag abase, no man at all ______________________ You moustachioed swine (?) Take your hands off what's all mine..."
What's the blank bit? And have I heard the "moustachioed swine" bit right? I'm fairly certain that's what he says. I know it's a bit pedantic, but I'm curious x-)
It is a crude sexual reference very much in line with RM. If you're still unconvinced then simply Google the phrase I'm sure you'll agree it is apposite.

(Off topic) Your avatar is lovely and I changed mine after I saw it. My avatar was a gif when viewed in my PC but since I uploaded it here it has become stationary. What an unfortunate copycat I am!

I think it's "you moustachioed swine", because that's the only one that fits that really makes sense. "She'll stash your swine" sounds like "She'll hide your pig", which would be a bit irrelevant
Aw, cheers for the avatar flattery. I didn't know if it would work, but it worked first time I uploaded it. I'm actually a little embarrassed at the amount of Pulp/Jarvis gifs I have saved in My Documents. At least I can put one to good use now!

And he was Myron once as well, wasn't he? Myron Wagtail from the Weird Sisters. ( And Darren the name reminds me of a series of children's books I loved when I was a kid called The Saga of Darren Shan/Cirque du freak though I hardly remember anything of it now. Not sure how I would find it now. One thing I do remember is that I thought the film based on it is rubbish. Maybe if they'd invited Jarvis to play a role as in Harry Potter things would be different. But it's clearly nothing worth him joining anyway.)

I'd be proud instead of embarrassed if I had many of them. I've tried every single one I have but none worked.
I read those Darren Shan books! Well, some of them. I could only read the ones that my school library had in. They never seemed to have a full set of anything.
Myron Wagtail - I thought I'd heard that name somewhere before. I heard "Do the Hippogriff" the other day, the full version, and was actually surprised at how catchy it was. Found myself doing sporadic ma-ma-ma's all afternoon.
I got my Pulp related gifs from the same place - they're all from a site called gif soup. Maybe try a gif saved from there.
Is there such thing as a frame limit? If a gif is too long, will that affect whether or not it plays? Or am I just showing off how technologically-illiterate I am?
I don't know about on this site, but some websites have size limits. Like on tumblr if your gif is over 1mb it won't play when you post it. It could be size as well like Lesley said. Some sites require a specific size format to play gifs. I'm not exactly an expert either but like Beetlebum your gif is only 135 kb which is pretty small and it's nearly a perfect square (126x132) so that may be why it plays. I have that same gif of Russell that I've made I can try to test it and see if it works and send it to you if it does Myron
okay so if anyone cares I tried uploading that and it didn't work so I went through trying some other gifs and I think it needs to be under 200 kb because Beetlebum's is 135 and works and I tried a 98kb that worked but a 400kb didn't work. ...er the point being if you want a gif to work as your icon I believe it just needs to be under 200kb.
