Was it an old or new doc? I remember there being something on tv about dogs in the late 90's. DAE started playing (over shots of dogs at the seaside if memory serves) and my dad exclaimed "oh isn't that bloody awful!" I didn't tell him it was Pulp...
It was new, it's not the first time I've seen it used either on TV, may have seen the programme you're on about too. It'll be on iPlayer but there was only a few seconds worth!
