I can imagine in a situation like that where you have just won a bit award and some interviewer is trying to get you to agree you are indeed the greatest thing since sliced bread, unless you have the self-confidence of a Gallagher, you are going to fumble for something to play it down a bit somehow, making it all up on the spot.

And that's not a dig at the Gallaghers either, they just do have a remarkable ability to accept praise which is sometimes refreshing when such a lot of us are plagued with low self-esteem assuming any compliments we get must be not worth having or somehow flawed, to be able to say, yes, I have actually achieved something worthwhile is not a bad thing.
