According to Pulp Wiki, no:

http://www.pulpwiki.net/Pulp/Live

There were only 3 gigs in 99:

10 June - Palazzo Pisani Moretta, Venice
31 August - Queen's Hall, Edinburgh
2 September - Liss Ard Festival, Ireland

Only the 31st Edinburgh Flux gig is currently in circulation apparently.

Those gigs were kind-of acoustic - or at least Jarvis was playing an acoustic guitar throughout! The whole setup was a bit more basic - just the 5 of them onstage, mini drum kit for Nick, one keyboard for Candida etc.

It would be a bit of a stretch to call these songs 'acoustic versions' but they are a bit more intimate: TiH is probably the least different but doesn't have all the loud guitars, pianos, orchestra sounds etc. There is a recording of Edinburgh which has been shared by Freek on here.
