Hi fellow Pulp fans!

I just noticed, that you can vote for the greatest indie anthem, and Pulp is featured on the list of the nominees.

Disco 2000 is also featured on the list.

But the problem is...I don't know if Common People really is the greatest Indie anthem! Some of those other tracks have a pretty strong pedigree. I thought I would just click the link and click Common People but now I'm not so sure.

Well it seems you can rate as many songs as you want high or low. But what is it for? Is it just an ever changing online ranking?

Is indie independent or industrial? I assume independent. But then that's not a genre of music is it? You could have jazz, rap, country, dance (especially dance), etc on an independent label right?
