That is just horrible. And mean. Poor Mark. I remember being horrified by a remark from a friend of mine, (not a Pulp fan, a media studies lecturer) describing Mark as looking like a "librarian".
To make fun of someone from a superficial point of view is just cruel and frankly, not very "Pulp". Mark gets enough ribbing from other members of the band i.e. Jarvis as it is, without having to get it from the fans, surely.
Whoever did this should be ashamed.

Keeping in line with this thread's weirdness....Being an accountant is a very sensible career path. And in theory Mark could brush off the ''boring'' image with his music and film stuff.
aw, the person who made it wasn't trying to be mean, sarah. I think she was just poking a little fun that Mark's become sort of the most 'dad-like' of the bunch.

I assumed it was just because he's always been very polite, mild-mannered, and appeared quite sensible (contrast with Senior & cocker, it's no criticism!), so it amused me.
I preferred my naive world, and I'll get right back there, right now.
Uh oh, you know how much Twiggy loves Russell! And I thought the pic was funny, I didn't see it being disrespectful to Mark, it was using Jarvis's lyrics and you know we all love Mark to death here. I still think of him as the youngest one in Pulp, (by a number of years) and I love the early His n' Hers-era live videos where you can see him in the background playing with that huge mop-top, he looks like a teenager.
(the anti-tumbler remark was a little douchey, however)
I seriously have no idea what bad uncle means...the 2 definitions listed here are wildly diametrical (not sure if either is accurate?): http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Bad%20Uncle&defid=5814259

Forgot I posted... Nathan Barley was a Charlie Brooker TV series.
No i'm not saying Mr Senior is an actual neice molestor or anything. Just a bit of fun to see if people got the reference.
Which i'm pleased to see they did
Off topic... Following the reunion maybe there should be two Pulp's: One good, one bad.
I'll stop with the Barley now.

I was watching Lawrence of Belgravia today at the BFI (no I didn't see Mark before you ask). Lawrence was wearing this big pair of sunglasses through most of the film, so I spent most of it sitting there thinking "Christ, he looks like Russell."
