Can anyone help. Every time I try I just get a question mark instead of a picture. I don't know if it's because I'm using a mac.

I don't know about your mac issue, but the picture has to be posted online eg flickr, photobucket etc. You then take the url from that and copy it into the image poster thingy.

Hmm, that isn't a good explanation sorry.
