They've taken pages from wikipedia, printed them and bound them. I don't know why.
The good news is if you've ever updated pulps wiki page you're now a published author. Just don't go expecting royalties.
Done a quick bit of research. They basically make a book if and when someone makes a purchase. That's why the price is high and that's why they've got over 10,000 books to their name. They choose a subject on wiki then they pick a handful of links. This appears to be automated because the links aren't always that relevant. That's why it says Spitting Image on the front of the Pulp book. Here's an interesting link.
