Common People is currently No. 91 in the official singles chart! Not bad for a song that came out over 16 years ago!

On a similar theme, the first Suede reissue got to No. 74, with Dog Man Star charting at 63 the next week. By this logic, New Morning should have reached No.30, but sadly no other of their rereleases seemed to chart.

Their first two records are by far their best, for once it looks like the chart reflected that quality.
