For me, the most intriguing thing about the video for 'This is Hardcore' is how dramatically different Jarvis looked in 1998. I probably watched the TIH video three of four times before I realized it was Jarvis tied up in the chair.*


*I should add that I saw the video for 'TIH' before I saw the video for 'Help the Aged', so the 'Strung-out Jarvis' look was still new to me when TIH debuted. Ah, life before Youtube.

I always thought he looked a bit like Stephen Fry when he was tied up in the chair.

(Watching that video is the only time I wish I was a daisy...wink)
