iv seen a website selling tickets for £ 55 : viagogo. not sure to what extent I would trust it though since it is just a website that got hold of my email and constantly sends me these advertisements for gigs but uf your desperate...
I failed miserably at getting tickets for 1st September - after waiting in the Ticketweb queue it finally came up, I typed all my details in, even went through to the card password authentication page, and then it just came up with System Error. I was completely gutted, as I didn't get tickets for 31st August (I have to work that day) either.
Luckily though, my girlfriend's friend had bought three spare tickets for 1st September and has offered us two! She's made my day, she really has - they're seated mind, but I really don't care, I'm just glad I'm going to be there at all. And after the madness of Wireless, it will be nice to sit comfortably and pay more attention to the music and stage, and not have to worry about staying on my feet or whose elbow that is in my back
I'm going to keep checking back at SeeTickets every now and again just to be sure. Many times in the past, long after an event has been "sold out", I have seen more tickets become available seemingly out of nowhere.

Otherwise, looks like it may be tout time! :(
It does happen, if people have ordered tickets but been unable to pay for some reason (usually not enough money in their account or mis-typed card details). I wish you lots of luck, and if I hear of anyone offering a spare I'll let you know...
I wanted both dates, but only managed to get for the second, I shouldn't be so greedy though as I am seeing them at Leeds, and already seen them twice this year...
I am totally skint though, also got a Moz ticket for Brixton (as it;s by birthday!!!) SKINTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT is the word of the day!!!!

Thanks. Yeah, well I already have two tickets for the first night, albeit upstairs seated. Was planning to go along just by myself on the second night so that I can stand and have a "jump around" night.

Skint is definitely the word of the day!
If Pulp do tour in the winter I'm going to have to delve into my savings or eat beans on toast for a month!
Towards the end of their interview with Steve Lamacq, they say something about future tours, so I'm hopeful :) Even if reviews of Sunday do seem to be making a lot of Jarvis' comment about 'see you in another 15 years'.
Didn't manage to get tickets for either date, not sure what to do...if it's touts/ebay maybe better off striking early. Frustrating that the gigs are being announced in dribs and drabs to gauge demand...surely they know enough by now that there would be high demand to do a nationwide tour. (I'd rather see them in Sheff than London)

Even worse, the 1st September date wasn't even announced, nor is it on the Pulp People page. Would have been fairer to put that on sale next week due to "unprecedented demand" and give people a chance to get the tickets.
Maybe the tour hasn't been planned (yet), but as they had a couple of free nights between Leeds and Ireland, they just set up a couple of dates. Bands often do one off warm up gigs prior to festivals in London. I have caught a few decent (and reasonably priced) gigs thanks to that.
I expect a fully fledged UK tour in November/December. Only trouble is with the amount of interest in these gigs they may be playing bigger venues than Brixton. Just hope they opt for Ally Pally/Earl's Court rather than The O2 or Wembley.
I just had another look on ticketmaster and it redirected me to Get me In - they have tickets for both nights on there for around £55. I don't think I can bring myself to line the pockets of the scum that deprive real fans of tickets as soon as they go on sale, and then take advantage of them by selling to them at a profit. It's adding insult to injury.
Well I like Pulp and I like Morrissey as well... but which one is better... only one way to find out... FIGHT!!!!
I can't believe it's sold out so quickly!
That I would like a ticket for. Pulp would win due to sheer numbers, but I think Morrissey would have most of Pulp on a one to one basis, bar Nick and probably Steve.

Got a bit excited when I clicked back onto SeeTickets and saw that it listed "1st September - BUY TICKETS", only to then click the button and see that both upstairs and downstairs are still sold out. Bloody ticket sites!! >:(
Hey guys, scarletmist.com is a fantastic site for getting tickets for face value. You won't see tickets straight away but in the run up to the gig guaranteed you will see tickets on there. You need to set up an email alert and only a certain number of email alerts are allowed for each event. So if you dont mind waiting a bit and dont want to pay the tout prices I definitely recommend it, I've never bought off ebay thanks to that site.
A friend bought extra tickets and donated extras to a good cause... i.e. me! So I now get to go to 2nd night hurrah! I wouldn't be suprised if there's at least 1 more night announced and then I can imagine November will be UK tour time! It's a shame that most probably after that we'll be back in limbo as they'll probably duck their heads back into the wilderness. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see.

Eamonn!! you should've told me!!! I managed to get one for myself for the second date.... for sure you'll get one closer to the gig if not outside (remember me at the suede gig)
just looked up tickets on ebay to see how much people are selling them for - really sickening. I thought there were just a few selling tickets but there are pages of bastards selling tickets at ridiculous prices. Im outraged, probably there were more people who bought tickets just to sell them than people who want to go and actually managed to buy a ticket

Hi I know I'm a newbie here but I wouldn't advise anyone to try and get tickets through GetMeIn - been badly ripped off there in the past - you are at the mercy of the person who 'claims' have to tickets to sell you.
Anyway thanks to the link earlier in this thread I managed to get two seating tickets for thursday - am most grateful - as I missed Wednesday standing tickets by about 10 seconds. I knew about the September 1st date but couldn't find links to buy tickets until I came here.
Habving said that I really want a standing ticket:
Is anyone willing to swap a standing ticket for either night for a seated ticket for Thursday? Mine are only e - tickets I'm afraid, but I will go to any length to prove I am genuine.
Cheers for reading
