It's about losing his son, briefly, in a Paris train station. He had told him to "hold still", but the little scamp ran away from him and Jarvis, naturally, panicked.

Somehow I feel this is just a Jarvis Cocker sideproject, with him and his beard, and it so happens that the members of the "Different Era" Pulp era are featured.
