Can't get that link to work. So the consensus on here is that isn't real? I have my doubts but I'm swayed towards thinking it is. It's a very good impersonator if not, there's references to specific 6Music shows he's done if you scroll through the tweets.

Most celebrity twitter accounts get a Verified tag to help people tell them from joke accounts, which I firmly believe this to be. And it's not nearly as good as the guy who was doing the fake Nick Cave tweets a year or so ago.

I've followed @notjarviscocker on Twitter for about a year and it convinced me. But then you get the odd one or two tweets that makes me think again.
