Does anyone know about the TV series "Black Books". One guy there was very similar to Jarv. It was conceived as a parody or not?

Well Yeah Dylan Moran has a passing resemblence but I would say Bernard is a tad bit more angry, smelly, smokey and drunk than Jarvis!

Yes, but it is very similar to Jarv from the video for the song "the Help Aged". Only the voice is not so.
