It's a nice find. I love the extended outro version they played in 1996 and this is a quality recording. I think I may have the CD somewhere where this recording comes from. I will have to investigate.
Oh, I have it! This concert - Live at V96, Chelmsford, is not it? I have 11 of the 15 songs in the same quality: Monday Morning, I Spy, Mile End, Live Bed Show, Something Changed, Sorted for E's & Wizz, Pencil Skirt, F.E.E.L.I.N.G.C.A.L.L.E.D.L.O.V.E., Underwear, Common People, Disco 2000.
No Mis-Shapes, DYRTFT?, Help the Aged, Babies. Maybe someone have these songs?
I think it's V96 too. The track released on the Free Tibet Album was Sorted I think. They dropped this version of Live Bed Show after the DC world tour making V96 the last time they would have played it like this. The concert was broadcast on Radio 1 after and this is where the recording has come from.
They resurrected an extended outro to Live Bed Show later but not until 2001 when touring We Love Life. I think the latter version can be found in the bar italia account.
--------- Edit- Update: Ah-ha! Having had a look at the CD this track is on it but it's not from the Freedom Concert -it's from V96. The album is called Long Live Tibet and it's a compilation of tit bits from various acts. The album was released in 1997.
I do have something from the Free Tibet concert but will have to do some more digging!

I stand corrected. I was misread the labelling said on youtube. I apologise.
I did actually send a pirate video copy of the entire V96 live set including HTA to Pip, but I think the quality may be a bit ropey. Might end up as a future FFP but I don't know.

Oh I'd like to see that! I have a copy of V96 on cassette from the original broadcast but missed the first few songs up until Live Bed Show. Often wondered what Help The Aged sounded like in it's early incarnation with Russel playing.
I also have discovered that the CD I thought I had with Sorted on on it is of performances from the 1997 concert and doesn't actually feature Pulp at all!

I think what you have must be the Radio 1 broadcast - the other four songs have never surfaced in the same quality sadly. I do have an audience cassette of the whole concert, but of course it doesn't sound nearly as good!
In reply to Weed's comment, Help the Aged does sound slightly different in its original incarnation - mainly the not-quite-finished lyrics though. Russell doesn't really contribute anything notable - he's basically playing rhythm I think, and as Antony Genn is also up there playing rhythm it doesn't really stand out.
