One of my colleagues has a recollection of reading about Jarvis Cocker painting himself gold (or some kind of metallic colour), pretending he wasn't himself and stating that he has been in a smelting accident or something, a few years back now. I have a very tiny recollection of something of the kind but neither of us can find anything on the internet, our google fu has failed us, no-one else believes us. So I thought I would turn to the loos as you ladies are amazing in your collective knowledge.
