And as Jarvis mentions in the sleeve notes, it certainly was a phrase that they used to like alright...



(From Will's site. As an aside, is this book (His'n'Hers US promo) impossible to track down? I've never seen it on ebay and even the other uber-Pulp gift, the This Is Hardcore duvet-cover, has been for sale there at least a couple of times!)

 Nah, it's only late-evening in Fuss Free land.

It's a bit of a halfway-house between DC and TIH songs, and the polished violin-sound make me yearn for Russell's involvement. But it's got something to it...though most Pulp songs do.

Have you given Apparently a fair chance, then?

It does come up. I got mine off Ebay a few years ago, it wasn't particularly expensive as I recall.

Have some of you liked anything past TIH ? (i know im being a bit harsh but still ?...)

I think FC songs are strong, just as were songs from the debut and better than some songs recorded by pulp. But the tracklisting is just wrong
