"Something Changed....written a long long time  before its release on Different Class"

Jarv - "Yeah"

From the horses mouth, maybe Sink or Swim was Something Changed afterall?

Host: Something Changed has a lovely first line that has always intrigued me. I'm gonna get it wrong but, I wrote this song two hours before I met you.

Jarvis: I think it's four hours, but it's not bad. You were near. *proceeds to sing "four hours before we met"*

Undoubtably a beautiful and emotional performance, but this just floored me. Maybe he was having a bit of fun with him.

Jarvis plays "Shakespeare rock" an obscure Pulp song, no problems, remember all the words!

Jarvis plays "Common people" a song he'd played surely 100000 times. Says he "can't remember words"!

Hmmm?

For the record, Sink or Swim was a totally different song, nothing in common with Something Changed at all.
