If they were going for the ropey-recording, one-take of a live version they really should have used footage of Jarvis leading the kids in dancing along to ''Angela'' earlier that week.
you would think that they would spend so more money on the video so you wouldn't pay so much attention to the song.. ;) this could easily have been a fan vid.
