The bit earlier on this afternoon was quite good, when an anorak-wearing pensioner asked if he could join in and unexpectedly improvised half an hour of brilliant jazz piano. Yoga session possibly less entertaining.

Much more entertaining today! Just watched Jarvis singing Further Complications to a bunch of small children, shaking maracas along with him. Then he spoke to them in French (sort of!) and led them in a series of Jarvis style dance moves to an instumental of Angela. Cool!
I was trying really hard to wait for the official release of 'Further Complications' before hearing any of it, but if I watch much more of this live link, I'm in danger of blowing that prospect. From what I've heard live though, i think I'm gonna like it.
Stick with it anet. What you're doing is commendable. But you're right, the few times I've checked they've been doing a lot of rehearsing songs from the album.
I thought Jarvis coped remarkably well with the kids yesterday - whilst I was watching I saw two boys fighting over a maraca in the middle of his set, another child interupted him to ask him for the loo, and another told him that he was hungry! So if the new album doesn't work out, then maybe children's entertainer could be a future career move for Jarvis? Nah, I'm sure it'll be fine - on the live link I heard him play the title track, I Never Said I was Deep and Leftovers yesterday - lyrically I thought they had a bit more resonance than generally the songs on the last album did.
Just watched Jarvis leading the kids in a dance to an instrumental of 'Angela'. Absolutely hilarious. Has to be seen to be believed. I was wondering if little Albert was there when sure enough, grumpy Dad admonished him for not putting down his musical instrument.
I hope all the best bits of this exhibition are edited and put together for whenever Jarvis puts out a DVD, or at least put online. It can be tiresome waiting for the live stream to show something other than rehearsals of the songs from the new album.
