Bernard Butler's comments on the state of current music:

Britpop reunions are "embarrassing"  (moreso than The Tears?)

Such reunions have "no relevance to what's going on at the moment"  (you mean rehashes of 60s music?)

He is "obsessively opposed to nostalgia"  (hence his work with Duffy Springfield)



This guy has been far too egotistical for too long with NOTHING to back it up.  Give me Russell Senior any day.
