Here's the England 1994 CD, which contains that concert plus a few bonus tracks.

Interestingly(?) the sleeve says "PERFORMED BY THE PULP" which tickled me back then.

It is probably worth pointing out that for some reason the audio on the 'England 1994' bootleg has been slowed down. This has been mentioned a few times in the past.

I have just downloaded and listened to this version for the first time and it is really quite noticeable. It sounds quite strange, especially after having listened to the normal version.

For reference, the track times for the first nine tracks on 'England 1994' add up to 50 minutes 13 seconds, whereas for the normal version it's 46:32.

Nonetheless, thanks for uploading it James.

Err yeah, what sort of thing were you after? I don't really have any stuff that people on here don't have. Errr a presume you have a recording of the Theatre Royal Christmas gig? Think that's the only proper bootleg I have which isn't available on that huntingmusic website mentioned on the other thread.

There is only one track I want and that is the Cukoo demo.

Does it actually exist???

The Aston Villa concert i have is CD quality and is not slow in any way.

yeah, people have it.  it was up on the internet somewhere for a while, but i missed it.  now, everyone has turned quite protectionist about it for some reason.

The other (not slow) Aston Villa CD was Fiction Romance, wasn't it?
I'd really like that too if anyone can be bothered to upload it.

Hell knows why Eng94 is slowed down, maybe they had copyright(!) issues with the Fiction Romance people?

People seem to come and go a bit. Only a couple of years ago I'd've said the same thing! But now quite frequently I seem to have odd bits other's don't, & vice-versa. & I had no idea Repressive Forkout was out there!

Doubt it was a copyright thing with slowing down Fiction Romance - iit was a bootleg dude! They probably just had a duff tape.

Like has been mentioned countless of times - The Cuckoo demo does exist. I should know....... along with a few other gems. ill uploaded a 30 sec sample later on - what have you got for trade? There used to be so many trades going on here - but it dwindled down drastically ever since JNK had that site up.

Maybe some people are scared of uploading stuff because of being treated like Trixy (c) did - and rightly so.

ah, the trixy hangover continues...

well, Pulp-wise i've got some pretty standard catalogue: all materials commercially issued, three or four complete shows (Carry On Camping, Berlin '95, Get Frisky With, etc.), some ticket stubs, blah blah blah.

i actually have a feature film coming out in early 2009, if you give Pye and me Cuckoo, i'll thank you personally in the closing credits?

Is there something you would want for a trade, if so name it... I can't promise i will have it though.

Your name in the credits to a film though sounds like a good deal to me!!

I think I've uploaded all the rarities & bootlegs I have digitally over the last few months, but I've got shit loads on cassette. Leadmill '84?

If you can give me an idea of what you want to trade for Cuckoo, I'll do my best!

(Yes I know I totally forgot I had Repressive Forkout!)

Look, does no-one have the non-slowed down version of the Aston Villa gig? If no-one will upload it then I'll just use a music editing programme and alter the speed of each track so it's correct, and then re-upload it to here.

There is no Aston Villa concert on a bootleg - its a slowed version of Fiction Romance - if you have that already, you have no need to tinker with it. If not, find it

I have sent joyriders from the 94 Aston Villa concert to the baritailia account for you. (This doesn't sound slow to me). The thing is i have been collecting Pulp material for years and a lot of hard work has gone into it and i have spent a lot of money. I don't mind sharing as long as i get something in return.

Scott- If there is anything you would like to trade for the full version of Cukoo let me know. No worries if not.

Oh thanks! There wouldn't be any way you could upload the version of O.U. is there? That's the one which I'm most bothered with getting hold of as the only other live version of O.U. I possess is from the Theatre Royal gig and it's not very good quality. So if you could send that one to the baritalia account then it would be most appreciated, and maybe I can one day help you out! Although if you've been collecting Pulp stuff for years then I admit that it is somewhat unlikely... but still, you never know.
