Queued up outside the old, and sadly now gone, Warp Records store on Division street for their midnight opening on day of release. Great atmosphere, plenty of people and I also got a signed promotional 12x12 for my trouble.

After reading that (very good) Quietus piece I posted a long reflective nostalgic post on Facebook about it being 20 years to the day since I skipped off sixth form to rattle the doors of my local provincial record shop to get the interchangeable vinyl on the day of release etc etc, only to find that it's not the 20th anniversary at all and it didn't actually come out till 30th October. Gah!

Sounds more interesting than my trip to the local Woolies (the same one I bought "This is Hardcore", "We Love Life" and most of the singles from...)
