I saw there was a wealth of info and discussion on this ages ago, but where can I currently find the part with Jarvis or whoever singing on it? I only know of the female backing vocals one that's on YouTube.

Any idea if they will one day release all those?

Yes, we really need a WeLoveLife Deluxe release. It would be better than this boring Room29...

Aww I don't think it's boring. It's quite interesting. I think it just takes some getting used to. Watching the performance show of it online puts it to different perspective. Jarvis does it well , in my opinion.

The vocal version hasn't been heard by anyone outside the band's immediate circle as far as I know. (And no, I haven't!). Still in the vault along with any number of other forgotten WLL demos.

Do we know for sure that the "vocal version" was actually a vocal version? I don't recall this ever being confirmed. Could it be that "Got to Have Love" was like "That Boy's Evil" in that it only features sampled vocals and none from Jarvis himself?

Aw crap. Thought I'd seen something where someone had heard it somewhere.

That sucks.

Regardless, interested in hearing the other outtakes that aren't already up on YouTube. Of any album, but esp WWL. A total shame Quiet Revolution never made it on there.

Was shocked to even find Crabs that Killed Sheffield. Who sang that part anyway? Sounds sorta like Jarvis but a crazy accent! It's shit, but fun cool kind of shit.
